About
I started my career in Arthur Andersen’s business consulting practice. Originally working as a PA for a small group of partners who were thought leaders in the field of Organisational Learning, I went on to become their Marketing Manager. It was within this fast growing practice that I became passionate about Knowledge Management - helping drive behavioural change to encourage teams to capture, share, apply and reuse their know-how.
This led me to redefine my career and became the Global Head of Knowledge Management at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting) and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (formerly Detica).
Having heavily travelled in these global roles, I took a career break to raise my children and support my husband in his secondment from London to the USA. During this break, I remained in the business space by taking on several high-profile community fundraising projects and through the Parent Teacher Associations at various schools in the UK and USA. In my family life, I remained renowned for my project management and creative flair by organising unique storytelling children’s parties.
The time is right to return to the workplace. Rather than being confined to one role in full-time employment within the corporate world, I work with professional like-minded people. This enables me to be continually inspired, thrive on a varied workload and have an element of flexibility. I currently work with several clients within private equity and a boutique advisory firm specialising in the business of global law firms.
My hobbies include paddle boarding, jogging, Peloton cycling, interior design and forever being a cheerleader for people to realise their true potential.
