Hi, I’m Caroline — your potential virtual assistant, or as I like to call it, your Teamologist
I support SMEs with high-quality office administration and operational support, helping businesses work more productively by freeing up valuable time. I coined the term Teamologist because what I offer goes beyond traditional virtual assistance. I take a vested interest in your business, thrive on being part of a team, and focus on adding value.
With over a decade of experience in the professional services sector, I’ve worked across a broad range of roles — from Personal Asssistant and team coordinator in a fast-growing organisational learning practice, to marketing manager, project manager, and ultimately Global Head of Knowledge Management. This breadth of experience means I understand office support from every angle — both delivering it and relying on it.
Known for my “roll-my-sleeves-up” approach and grounded in change management, I’m adaptable, highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and resilient. Whether supporting or leading a team, I bring clarity, momentum, and calm — which is why I proudly call myself a Teamologist.
